COMMERCIAL DRUG SWEEPS

In order to protect employees from drugs and the negative impact created by the presence of drugs, and to eliminate the increased costs to your business it’s good to have an effective and economical method of early drug detection within your facilities.

The use of a detection dog (aka sniffer dog) can be a valuable asset in deterring and removing illegal drugs from your facility. Caine search is one of the least intrusive ways of detecting illegal substances in a work environment. The presence of a detection dog, as well as the knowledge that canine drug sweeps are performed regularly, is often enough to deter the possession, trafficking, and use of drugs by employees in around your facility.

Our canines will search for illegal substances such as marijuana, cocaine (powder and crack), heroin, MDMA (ecstasy), and methamphetamine (crystal meth). We can provide a single “one-time” commercial drug sweep to your facility or we can create a customized on-going program based on your desired schedule.

We will work with management to provide a workplace which is safe for employees and drug free. Random canine drug sweeps will benefit owners, employees and customers. All or any of the following areas in and around your facility grounds may be included in a sweep:

The method and strategy of the search is based on a plan of action developed between management and the canine team. We use our trained detection dogs to locate the presence of drugs on the premises. If the presence of any illegal narcotics is indicated by our canines during a search; our personnel do not touch the illegal narcotic or open anything that the items are being kept in. We point out the location where our canine gives indicators of the presence of contraband to designated management personnel. Management staff member then search the item and makes the decisions regarding the identification and handling of the situation.
